 Adding same log twice to CVS repository is simply silly. Subscribe
 cvs-all mailing list and you'll get all logs for any change.
 
 Another answer: cvsup cvs-all collection to get CVSROOT/commitlogs.
 
 There are enough information provided. Feel free to write a script to
 make them easy-to-read for you.
