Depends on what you want to mirror.  You can mirror the web pages, ftp
site, or both :)  For the Web pages you can either use rsync or grab the
www distribution with CVSup and build the pages yourself (Which is what we
do on www7).  For ftp, you can use the mirror perl script or wget and grab
the pieces you want.  Once you're up and running contact
hostmaster@freebsd.org for a name and www@freebsd.org to add you to the
list.
