Folks, I'm building a SOCKS firewall with FreeBSD. I have two nic cards and it seems to be working fine as a multi-homed proxy server. I just want to make sure that IP forwarding and gatewaying is indeed disabled. Do I need to specify an option in the config file for the kernel or is IP forwarding off by default? I read about an options IPFORWARDING=-1 but I'm not sure if that's for BSDI or FreeBSD. Thanks, Craig
