 * What about creating a new category such as `ipv6' and putting
 * each IPv6 ready port there as a slave to the corresponding port, which
 * defines `USE_IPV6=yes', so we can easily browse what ports are IPv6
 * ready at a glance?

I like the idea of a new category but not as a new directory. Those
that already work for both v4 and v6 shouldn't need it.

How about just creating a new virtual category "ipv6" and adding it to
IPv6-ready ports/packages?
