I actually do not understand the reasons why the headers are gone, but=20
whatever they are, the status quo is unacceptable. Those headers were publi=
c=20
headers, they are used by important software and ports (like squid), and th=
ey=20
need to be installed again. And they shouldn't have disappeared without=20
port-sanitizing and a HEADS UP / note in UPDATING in the first place.

Please fix.
