The caveats that existed before this patch still exist.
By default, MSDOSFS_LARGE is not used (same as before the patch).
The only difference is that now, instead of having to recompile
the kernel to use MSDOSFS_LARGE, the user can pass a "-o large"
mount option to mount_msdosfs when mounting.
