Umm... it's a bit more complicated than that. Have you
looked at the source? The Makefile is interactive. The
FreeBSD ports(7) system isn't setup for that sort of
thing. So the "option(s)" will need to be PRE defined.
Further; all of this work will need to be tested, before
submitting the proposed [new] port.

I'll see if I can find time to port it for you, today -- no promises. :)
