The CLI version of PHP>4.3.0 now runs as with the
-q  switch by default.  When building from source, PHP
now builds both a CLI and a CGI version in seperate
subdirs under the ./sapi/ folder, so you may already have
it available...just install it, if you want.  'Course, it'd
be better from ports, I guess...
