Hi all, =20 I have a HP DL-140 G2 server, that will only boot when I select FreeBSD = Safe mode, option 3 on the boot loader menu. =20 I have read through 'man loader' and 'man loader.conf' I have also had = a read through the /boot/defaults/loader.conf file, but don't really see = an option for this. =20 Is there a way to auto select a menu option upon boot up? =20 I am running FreeBSD 6.1-PRERELEASE, and have tried 6.0 RELEASE as well. =20 Obviously it would be nice to have it start up normally, but there seems = to be a problem reading the SATA drive in normal boot mode. =20 =20 Regards, =20 Paul Hamilton Busselton, 6280 Australia =20
