I'm not currently sure if that is possible (but it might be), but I cannot imagine for what multiple entries should be good? I guess a full-featured squid configuration with all kinds of access controls should be possible by using only one http_port and many different ACLs. By the way: I guess that the SQUID mailing list is a much better place to help you with your squid configurations. Some folks in this list may also have experience with squid, but if you want to talk to the hardcore squid folks, an eMail to squid-users@squid-cache.org and a look at http://www.squid-cache.org should probably be helpful.
