is there any way to force it even if we don't have DGA extensions?? because
I am operating in a linear frame buffer...  so if you could just ask for a
address I would be able to provide you with one...

well.. XImages mode will really suck on this machine...  I can't even
run xjewel with any decient performance...  guess I will really have to
buy a new video card...  ttyl..
