Ah, I feel so stupid now... When the error is pointet out it is so
obvious :-P

Thanks John for pointing me in the right direction. Removed
/usr/local/share/aclocal/libtool15.m4 and now the port installs correctly.

Thanks for all the help from everyone who has replied to this post.
