The man page for the wu-ftpd is in /usr/local/man while the standard ftpd man page is is /usr/share/man. Since /usr/share/man appears in your manpath first, this is the manpage that is loaded. if you use man -M /usr/local/man ftpd you will get the one you want. cheers, Carey Nairn On Sat, 2 Aug 1997, Riley J.
