Oops.  Of course you're right.

Hmm after looking at PR 25913 (which I left as 'pending' for someone
more knowledgeable to examine - I'm not too familiar with GNATS to know
if a state change can lose relevant information), I, too, am kind of
stumped.  I guess someone who knows how GNATS works should take a look.
