 We don't use LOG_DIR from the pathnames.h, so this change shouldn't break
 anything in the system.
 
 Though I think it is noble to keep everything related to a program (cron*)
 in one directory, I think it is more noble to keep all the logs in one
 place.
 
 Comments? Objections to committing this change?
