This card?  (from LINT)

# ar: Arnet SYNC/570i hdlc sync 2/4 port V.35/X.21 serial driver (requires
sppp)

If it's a generic multiport serial board see the sio driver in LINT for
multiport setup details.

Those are the defaults for the newly built kernel.  Changes in UserConfig
(-c) will override those changes.
