	builds & installs correctly but when i want to open a website i alwasy get the following error: "The connection was refused when attempting to contact .... i have direct connection to the internet enabled in preferences. with other browsers i dont have this problem so the error must lie within phoenix.

	start the browser and try to open a website. local html-pages are no problem. only internet.
