Hello, Could you prepare a debugging kernel, so people can get a better idea of what happens? If you need some hints, take a look at: http://www.onlamp.com/pub/a/bsd/2002/03/21/Big_Scary_Daemons.html Various filesystem gurus will have a much better shot at figuring out the real problem if you have a dump on a debug kernel.
