Synopsis: list of /etc/defaults/make.conf undocummented variables (no fix yet)

State-Changed-From-To: patched->open
State-Changed-By: gavin
State-Changed-When: Sat Jun 21 18:27:48 UTC 2008
State-Changed-Why:
Mark as open rather than patched - only a tiny part of the work has
been done, and that has already been MFC'd so having this in the
patched state is probably counterproductive
