Hello I have an acer travelmate 252 laptop, which freezes everytime I boot =

The freeze happens at this line "sio0: type 8250 or not responding"

Please note that the above dmesg is with acpi disabled, but the same line d=
oes appear in both modes, Here is a link to the asl file http://www.fileden=
