mkitalic included in mkbold-mkitalic < 0.11 has buffer overrun bug.
New malloc implementation in FreeBSD-current cause error on this,
then some font prots e.g. japanese/jisx0213-fonts fail to build.

Run mkitalic on 12dot fonts.

I've reported the bug to the original author and fixed version
has been released. Update mkbold-mkitalic port to 0.11.
