The syscons configuration code in rc.${MACHINE_ARCH} is identical (minus
whitespace and a bug in allscreens on the alpha it looks like), so it should
probably all move to a MI /etc/rc.syscons at somepoint.  Or possibly
/etc/rc.console if that is a preferred name.  (WARNING!  Bikeshed imminent! :-P)
