With no changes, the current xmame port produces an XMAMEROOT of
/usr/X11R6/bin/lib/xmame rather than the correct /usr/X11R6/share/xmame.
Also, the CFLAGS line in makefile.unix is set to

CFLAGS	s?= -O -pipe

(note the spurious s)
