[Q:] Problem with network configuration

Hi

I'm new to FreeBSD. Yesterday I bought a Walnut Creek CDROM vith FreeBSD 2.0
(January 1995). I instaled OS on Intel 386/+387 (25 MHz) with 8MB RAM. During
instalation everything was OK. Configuration of XWindows was very simple. But I
have soma trubles with configuration of network.
I have small (home) simple (no name server , no gateway) network consisting of
two intel machines one running NeXTStep for Intel and one running FreeBSD and
DOS. I have a NE2000 compatible card which is detected during the booting of
FreeBSD as en1. I can't figure out where must I specify which network adapter
is actualy connected to network (there is no option for this in netstart
file).
Where can I specify informations about my network (adapter, netmask, etc..)?
Where can I find more informations about network configuration (mailing
lists.., document files) ?

Any advice or example would be appreciated

P.S.
