and you did manage to shoe-horn them all in!  unfortunately Dell chose to not
attach them to upper IO APIC pins:

		INT	 conforms    conforms	     2	   9	      1	   9
		INT	 conforms    conforms	     2	  10	      1	  10
		INT	 conforms    conforms	     2	  11	      1	  11
		INT	 conforms    conforms	     2	  12	      1	  12
		INT	 conforms    conforms	     2	  13	      1	  13
		INT	 conforms    conforms	     2	  14	      1	  14
		INT	 conforms    conforms	     2	  15	      1	  15

so you wouldn't be able to put much into those empty EISA/ISA slots...
