Hi,

I just upgraded to 2.1 and noticed the following in /etc/inetd.conf:

echo stream tcp nowait root internal
[...]
#echo dgram udp wait root internal

Why is the TCP echo port enabled but the UDP echo port disabled?

The reason I ask is because Slirp, a SLIP/PPP emulator, uses the UDP echo
port to emulate "ping" packets.
