I tried to just change the dependency before this commit, it doesn't =20
work. The configure script tries to locate howl via pkgconfig.

I decided to not fix it and to mark it deprecated with an expiration =20
date at the beginning of next month because it is superseeded by =20
ekiga. If you think it is worth keeping, feel free to take over the =20
maintainership (I just acquired it temporary) and fix it.

Bye,
Alexander.
