In the past we handled build fixes with re (implicit) as there=E2=80=99s =

Not sure how re@ thinks about it these days but I=E2=80=99d rather have a=

building tree than waiting for approval for as long as there was no =

announcement to hold off approved but not yet done commits due to repo =

work.
