Look at the /sys/i386/conf/LINT

From the above extract, it seems to me that if you set your card to pnp
(via jumpers I suppose) then the declaration 'device an' will help...I'm
not sure if that only works for Cisco Aironets (sorry I come from a
country where I am sure noone is running these thins, and I am only
reading about them recently too..)...
I'm optimistic someone in this list will help you....in FreeBSD they do
talk about supported devices ;-)
