Hello,
I have noticed, that <xsl:attribute-set name="att.body"> has been
deleted from www/share/sgml/includes.header.xsl (version 1.5, Oct 4),
however it is still used in 14 *.xsl files in www/en and www/share
as <body xsl:use-attribute-sets="att.body">. Isn't it a bug?
