You can see what files a port installs by looking in pkg/PLIST, for example /usr/ports/math/fudgit/pkg/PLIST. Once a port or package is installed, you can instead look in, for example, /var/db/pkg/Fudgit-2.41/+CONTENTS. These lists are relative to $PREFIX, typically /usr/local or /usr/X11R6. But, it looks like the Fudgit port does not include the users' guide.
