Makefile, distinfo and pkg-plist patches

Hi,

I'm a long time greybird-theme user, and I noticed that version in ports
doesn't work well anymore for some applications (menus and preferences in
xfce4-terminal and firefox are ugly, to name a few).

Latest release on github works well when extracted to ~/.themes/.

I'm not very experienced with porting, but I guess if I made it work for me,
others could benefit from it too. If there aren't better candidates, sign m=
e up
for ownership of this port.

Patches attached (+ ditch 'files' folder altogether).
