Do you need the KAME implementation?
The implementation in the FreeBSD source tree,
is not the KAME one. It's done by rrs@ and the
copyright says "Cisco Systems".

Who are these guys messing with the network stack???;)

I don't know if the KAME implementation IS the native
SCTP implementation in any system...
