Your trace looks very similar to one that was already fixed in
https://svnweb.freebsd.org/base?view=revision&revision=264600

Are you sure your smbfs module is in sync with the kernel?
Can you show output of this command `ident /boot/kernel/smbfs.ko`?
Also, do you use GENERIC kernel?
