Hello freebsd-questions, I need to set up a simple firewall, and I found an Compaq ProSignia computer: 486dx2, 16RAM, 6 EISA ports. I think this is good for a simple firewall. But I have a problem: The server does not have any ide controllers, only SCSI. The type of controller is 53Cxx (CPQ710 - as I found). FreeBSD 3.4 and 4.0 does not recognize this adapter.
