>Description:

The ``buildworld'' target tries to ``install'' some files
as bin.bin into the /usr/obj . That fails unless the user
is root. SU privileges should only be neccessary to do
	``make installworld''.

>How-To-Repeat:

	As an ordinary user
	cd /usr/src
	make buildworld
	....
< watch permission denied errors >
