I wasn't aware APC had such a product.  Unfortunately the APC software is
heavily copyrighted, and since I am working on a UPS daemon I don't want
to taint myself by looking at APC code.  Try http://www.cre8tivegroup.com/
for a good UPSD for FreeBSD; if you need it set for 120 volt operation let
me know.
