The official 4.10 schedule says 4.10 stable release was scheduled for May 5. The FTP sites still have RC2 and the 4.10 to-do list talks about RC3. Anybody from the release team care to comment on what is the holdup and when 4.10 going to be updated to the mirror FTP sites? http://www.freebsd.org/releases/4.10R/schedule.html
