/usr/src/usr.bin/xinstall for the sources, and /usr/obj/usr/src/usr.bin/xinstall for the .o and executable. The "x" had to be added before the name to avoid confusion with make targets: for example, if somebody runs "make install" from /usr/src/usr.bin/xinstall, do they want to install install(1), or do they simply want to compile it?
