Speaking of this, now that we have rate-limited reporting in
uipc_mbuf.c, can we PLEASE axe the printfs in the individual drivers?

The way it stands now, once you run out of mbuf clusters on a machine
w/a serial console, you can just about forget about ever getting into
it again without power-cycling it.
