Could someone please commit PR 18581, it has been sitting uncommitted since May 15th.

I also noticed that someone had updated the md5 checksum on Jul 2, without checking if there was an open PR on this port.  This
change to the port would not have fixed the problem with bento building the port, as patch-fa (change_server.sh) would still not
patch the change_server.sh script correctly.

NOTE the patches in this PR will now give you two errors involving files/md5, just ignore them as the md5 checksum is correct, but
the filename changed to fp40.bsdi.tar.z.
