We do it with NATD on a 3.2 box..e.g. in your natd.conf file

redirect_port udp 192.168.10.99:5632 5632
redirect_port tcp 192.168.10.99:5631 5631

There is a document on the symantec site explaining what needs to be done
in PCA side.
