I'm seeing these across a number of freebsd-* lists..  the common
factor in all of them is:

> Received: from hub.freebsd.org (hub.FreeBSD.ORG [204.216.27.18])
>         by tiberius.accn.org (8.9.3/8.9.3) with ESMTP id VAA13401
>         for <ryanm@accn.org>; Sun, 9 Jan 2000 21:10:18 -0500 (EST)


It would appear as being a misconfiguration on tiberius.accn.org
which needs the appropriate ax of doom thrown at it.
