Actually, what you should do is get Mills to include it in the
distribution version, and then when you think there's a reasonably
stable distribution at louie.udel.edu, whap me over the head with it.
I've been managing xntpd in FreeBSD since the beginning, and I don't
want anybody else getting in and breaking it in some way.  I'm right
now terribly behind in my software integration duties...
