Due to PEBCAK, I sent out the email notifications for such things as
broken ports/expiring ports/etc. from the development instance of portsmon
rather than the production instance.  At the very least, the URLs are
wrong in these emails.  (AFAICT the database is actually up-to-date, but
I have not gone through every mail sent yet).

After the last slash, the URLs are correct, but instead of 'quatloo', the
prefix should be "http://portsmon.freebsd.org/".

Sorry about that.  There are some days one should just stay in bed.
