I've recently upgraded to 4.0.3, and I also decided to start using xdm
instead of startx. Everything seems to be working ok, except for the fact
that xdm doesn't seem to look at /etc/login.conf since none of the changes
I make to that file have any effect in an xterm/Eterm I start.

I haven't forgotten to run cap_mkdb -- changes appear as expected when I
log in on the console.

Is there a configuration option somewhere I've missed, or is this a Real
Bug(tm)?

Thanks for any suggestions...
