I use freebsd at work amidst the sniggles of my MS colleagues...However, I do
have a little question regarding the 2Mbit pipe that we have...Is there a way
that I can limit my downloads to say 50K/secs rather than pumping 200k/sec.
People here don't get too happy when that happens, so they manage it using
d/l managers or such...Is there a "FreeBSD" equivalent?

Thanks,
Anthony
