MPEG1 is 'reasonable'. The quality is quite poor, but hey it's only 650 meg :)

Also the CPU requirement for MPEG1 is very small, and there is lots of hardware
which can decode MPEG1.

MPEG4 on the other hand... :)

Much nicer, but needs lots more CPU (PII-300 to decode in realtime) and the
codecs for it are fairly nonstandard :-/
