I don't think so! As a person who has tried NetBSD, RedHat, Solaris and Mandrake on Sparc, My choice of OS for the platform would be the following, 1. FreeBSD 2. Solaris 3. NetBSD Once you have had a taste of FreeBSD there is no going back. I gave away my sparc and upgraded my intel machine.
