Hi could any one let me how to fix the following problem

When our system is rebooted we get this error when apache loads

bind: address already in use
httpd: could not bind to port 80

There are no other servers using port 80.

What other files would start up a server on port 80

We have set up httpd to start up in rc.local

Thanks in advance
